Introduction
Welcome to Patrick Nash/Pat Nash Media. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our photography and videography services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Services
Patrick Nash/Pat Nash Media provides photography and videography services for weddings, events, and other special occasions. Our services include, but are not limited to, the capture of images and video footage, editing, and the delivery of final products in digital or physical formats.
Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the event. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the termination or suspension of our services. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. In the event of a cancellation:
If the cancellation occurs 7 or more days before the event, 100% of the total amount paid will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
If the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, no refund will be provided.
Intellectual Property Rights
All images and video footage captured by Patrick Nash/Pat Nash Media are the exclusive property of Patrick Nash/Pat Nash Media. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images and video footage for personal, non-commercial purposes. Patrick Nash/Pat Nash Media retains the right to use the images and video footage for promotional and advertising purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal information collected through our contact forms or during the course of our services will be kept secure and confidential. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Patrick Nash/Pat Nash Media will take all reasonable care in the provision of our services. However, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or acts of God, our liability will be limited to a refund of the amounts paid by the client.
Copyright and Usage
Under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), Patrick Nash/Pat Nash Media retains full copyright ownership of all photographs and videos captured during the course of our services. Copyright in commissioned works, such as wedding photos or family portraits, will remain with the client only if explicitly agreed upon in writing. Photographers may exercise a "right of restraint" to prevent the misuse of commissioned works.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
Changes to Terms
Patrick Nash/Pat Nash Media reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Copyright Notice
All content, including photographs and videos created by Patrick Nash/Pat Nash Media, is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited. Copyright in photographs and videos typically lasts for the life of the creator plus 70 years.
